RETURNS-DOMESTIC

If you received your Inclusivejewelry.com order and are not totally in love with it, you can return it within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

The product must be in its complete original packaging with tags ATTACHED and in an unworn condition. Returns that do not meet these requirements, or are pass the return deadline, may be refused or a fee may be incurred depending on circumstances.  When returning, please make sure all returned items and packaging materials are in the box along with the invoice. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Your refund will then be issued, and you should receive it within 3-5 business days depending on your issuing bank. Returns that do not meet the requirements, as stated above, may be refused or are assessed at the discretion of Inclusivejewelry.com

Returns will be processed upon receipt.

 

RETURNS-INTERNATIONAL

If you received your Inclusivejewelry.com order and are not totally in love with it, you can return it within 30 days of when your order was delivered. We do not cover the costs for international shipping, duty taxes, or any other import fees. All returned items must be returned in the exact condition that the items were delivered in. All merchandise must be returned with original packaging and tags ATTACHED with no signs of wear or damage Returns that do not meet these requirements, or are pass the return deadline, may be refused or a fee may be incurred depending on circumstances.  When returning, please make sure all returned items and packaging materials are in the box along with the invoice.

INSTRUCTIONS-RETURNS-DOMESTIC

Inclusivejewelry.com does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns, so you may return orders through the carrier of choice. We recommend using a trackable / insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return. We are not responsible for the return or the loss of your package. When returning, please make sure all returned items and packaging materials are in the box along with the invoice.

EXCHANGES

At this time, Inclusivejewelry.com does not accept exchanges. If you need to order a different size, color, or item, we recommend placing a new order while it is still in stock and return the order that you are not satisfied with.

 

FINAL SALE

Any items that are indicated as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not qualified for any returns, exchanges or refunds. 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

We are sorry to hear that your order did not arrive perfectly. In the event that you receive a damaged product, please CONTACT US.  We will be happy to review your order. We will arrange for a replacement, return, or credit, pending assessment and evaluation of the product.  All damaged items must be reported within 7 days of when your order was delivered.
